Mini-circuits
Mini-circuits is a fun, non-intimidating, non-competitive fitness programme combining strength, speed, coordination and cardio-vascular exercises in a structured, supervised format, aimed at children between 4-8 years old. Progress is indicated using record cards and meeting the individuals own personal goals
